QUESTIONS FOR THE FULL MOON IN CAPRICORN

The full moon in Capricorn makes its appearance in the sky on July 13 at 2:38 p.m. EST, and its extreme influence will be hard to ignore.

When the moon is full in Capricorn, it sits opposite the sun in Cancer in the sky. The Cancer-Capricorn axis is concerned with security—both materially and emotionally. This lunation asks you to reflect deeper on how this dichotomy exists within you. 

The full moon in Capricorn is nestled next to Pluto—the planet of death, transformation, and taboo—in the sky. Our secrets and shadow sides (the darker aspects of our personalities) are illuminated under the light of this moon, and emotional triggers may feel more pronounced or intense. This energy comes at odds with the sun in Cancer, an astrological symbol for the caretaker or the womb.
